2. Do I need a building permit to install a prefab container home?
In most jurisdictions, yes.
Permit and zoning requirements vary by city, county, and state. While we can provide technical specifications and supporting documentation, final permit approval is determined by your local authority. We strongly recommend confirming local requirements before placing an order.
3. What is included in the price at checkout or on a quote?
Your total price includes:
- The selected unit (standard or approved customization)
- Basic processing and preparation
- Delivery costs calculated based on location and unit size
- Applicable sales tax, unless a valid exemption is provided
There are no hidden fees. Any optional upgrades or changes are quoted and approved separately before processing.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Bank wire transfer
- Credit or debit card (availability subject to processor limits)
- Certified cheque from U.S.-based financial institutions
Orders proceed only after payment has been fully verified.
5. Can I return my unit if I change my mind?
Due to the made-to-order nature of prefab and modular units, returns are not permitted once processing or fabrication has begun.

6. Are your container homes customizable?
Yes. Customization options may include:
- Interior layout adjustments
- Doors and window configurations

- Electrical or plumbing preparation
All customization requests must be finalized and approved before fabrication begins.
7. Is delivery available nationwide?
Yes. We coordinate delivery throughout the United States, including rural and remote locations, subject to site accessibility.
Our logistics team will review access conditions in advance and advise on any special requirements.
8. What happens if my site is not ready at delivery?
If the delivery site is inaccessible or unprepared at the scheduled time:

9. What warranty is included with my unit?
Each unit includes a limited warranty covering:

- Factory-installed doors, windows, and basic systems: up to 1 year

10. Can I purchase multiple units in one order?
Yes. We support bulk and multi-unit purchases, including phased delivery options.

Many clients choose to work with third-party lenders or financial institutions. We can supply invoices, specifications, and supporting documentation upon request.
