1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, communications, and transactions between 24 Prefab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) and the purchaser or client (“you” or “your”) relating to prefabricated container homes, modular structures, shipping containers, and associated services.
By placing an order, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our published policies.
2. Products and Services
24 Prefab LLC provides:
- Expandable, foldable, and flat-pack container homes
- Modular residential, commercial, and industrial units
- Standard and refrigerated shipping containers
- Custom-configured container-based structures
All products are manufactured, prepared, or configured according to customer specifications and applicable manufacturing tolerances.
3. Order Acceptance
- Orders are considered accepted only after written confirmation and verified payment.
- Prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change until payment is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, or legal non-compliance.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods and verification procedures are governed by our Payment Policy.
- Production and delivery coordination begin only after payment is fully received and verified.
- Any approved installment arrangements must be documented in writing.
5. Customization and Fabrication
- Standard units are manufactured to industry tolerances.
- Customization requests must be finalized and approved in writing prior to production.
- Once fabrication or preparation begins, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded except as expressly permitted under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Drawings, renderings, or layouts are provided for reference and planning purposes only and do not constitute architectural or engineering certifications unless stated in writing.
6. Permits and Regulatory Compliance
- Customers are solely responsible for verifying local zoning, permitting, and code compliance.
- We may provide supporting documentation upon request but do not guarantee permit approval.
- We are not liable for delays, penalties, or enforcement actions resulting from regulatory requirements.
7. Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery terms, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Units must be inspected upon delivery.
- Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported promptly in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
- Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues are addressed under our Warranty Policy.
Our total liability under any claim related to an order is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product, not exceeding the original invoice amount.
We are not liable for:
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party alterations
- Improper installation or site conditions
- Relocation or misuse after delivery
- Delays caused by third parties or government agencies
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, documentation, technical files, images, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of 24 Prefab LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
In the event of a dispute:
- The parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, or similar circumstances.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
