Important Points to Note

Please Review Before Placing Your Order

To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage all clients to carefully read the following key points before finalizing their order. These notes summarize essential policies and procedures related to product fabrication, delivery, payments, returns, and responsibilities.

1. Processing & Fabrication Timeline

  • Standard container homes (foldable, flatpack, expandable) require 5–12 business days to prepare, depending on order volume and customization.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. Specific timelines will be communicated upon confirmation.

2. Delivery Schedule & Conditions

  • Nationwide delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Clients must ensure the site is accessible, level, and prepared for delivery on the agreed date.
  • If delivery is refused due to inaccessible site conditions or missing permits, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.

3. Payment Methods & Processing

  • We accept bank wire transfer (preferred), cryptocurrency, credit card (intermittently available), and certified cheques.
  • Processing, fabrication, and delivery scheduling begin only after payment has been verified.
  • Credit card availability may pause during processor maintenance for compliance reasons.

4. Sales Tax Policy

  • Sales tax is applied based on the delivery state and purchase classification.
  • Qualified tax-exempt clients must submit valid exemption certificates prior to payment.
  • No tax exemptions can be applied retroactively once a transaction is complete.

5. Return & Refund Limitations

  • Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted once fabrication has started.
  • Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations (pre-fabrication), order discrepancies, or confirmed defects upon delivery.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, with timelines varying based on payment type.

6. Warranty Coverage

  • All structural frames include a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Interior components, seal failures, and basic installations are covered for up to 2 years, depending on scope.
  • Warranty does not cover client misuse, unpermitted modifications, or third-party interference.

7. Permit Compliance Is a Shared Responsibility

  • We provide support and documentation to assist with local building permits.
  • Clients must verify zoning, land use rights, and placement rules with their local authorities before delivery.
  • Failure to secure approvals may result in costly delays or ineligibility for delivery.

8. Final Quotes Are Binding

  • Your checkout total or formal quote includes all processing, delivery, and applicable fees.
  • We do not charge hidden service fees or surcharges after checkout.
  • Any customization or scope change will be documented and quoted before proceeding.

9. Site Preparation Is the Client’s Responsibility

  • All delivery locations must be cleared, accessible by truck, and ready for immediate offload.
  • If site conditions delay delivery, additional handling or crane costs may apply.
  • You may submit site photos for evaluation prior to dispatch.
